We loved the location of this hotel, as it was situated very near the bus terminal and transportation was very convenient. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful outdoor hot spring and spacious rooms that were well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we especially appreciated their assistance at breakfast with explaining the different dishes.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Spent Easter at this Japanese hotel and had an amazing experience! the hot springs were our best aspects, with indoor and outdoor pools that were clean and well-maintained. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated the fact that they provided yukatas and tea sets in our room. the location was great too - just a short walk from the bus station and in a picturesque area surrounded by mountains.
The food was good, but a bit expensive for what we got. We also found the room to be a little outdated, but the view made up for it.

This hotel is situated in a rural area, in the mountains. It's very convenient as it's close to the bus stop and bus terminal. the staff provides excellent service and offers well-designed rooms. the food is delicious. Some rooms come with a separate bedroom and sitting area, and all are spacious and comfortable.
The building can be a little old-fashioned and in need of some renovation.

The rooms were spacious with lovely Japanese décor and comfortable bedding. The staff was attentive and English-speaking. The meals were delicious and satisfying, with both Japanese and international options. The onsen was clean and relaxing.
The location was quite remote, and it required a long walk to reach the bus station or any restaurants/cafes. The lack of activities in the surrounding area made it difficult to pass the time.
